UNION BENEFITS

ACFC WEST - LOCAL 2020

Services offered through Pacific Blue Cross. Psychologist and clinical counselor combined: $500/year per person on the coverage and 80% coverage. For treatment of an addiction or habituation when performed at a recognized drug and alcohol treatment facility, to a lifetime maximum of $5000.

DGC BC

DGC Benefits is administered by J&D Benefits/AGA Benefit Solutions. The employee/member assistance program is provided by Telus Health and offers confidential counselling referral service to DGC members in Good Standing. The plan also includes addiction / rehabilitation programs and treatment funding as well as extended health benefits for mental health and short term disability.

IATSE 891

FSEAP's EFAP short-term clinical counselling services are confidential and include 24/7 access and crisis support. Personal counselling includes services for individuals, couples and families. The plan also includes addiction / rehabilitation programs and treatment funding as well as extended health benefits for mental health and short term disability.

The IATSE 667/669 Group Benefit Plan includes employee/member assistance program called LifeWorks. Lifeworks offers support with mental, financial, physical and emotional wellbeing. The plan also includes addiction / rehabilitation programs and treatment funding as well as extended health benefits for mental health and short term disability.

FSEAP offers confidential, professional counselling services to help individuals and family effectively resolve issues you may be facing. The plan also includes addiction / rehabilitation programs and treatment funding as well as extended health benefits for mental health.

UBCP / ACTRA

Health benefits are hosted by two providers:

AFBS Members' Insurance Program (AFBS) & Members Benefits Trust (MBT) includes employee / member assistance program provided by Lifeworks, addiction / rehabilitation programs and treatment funding, as well as extended mental health benefits. The plan also includes a short term disability program.

MODULES.

Mental Health for Leaders and Mental Health for Individuals is a series of modules to help you recognize mental health and addiction issues, signs, and symptoms, and how to assist you and your fellow crew and union members get the support needed to be mentally, physically, and emotionally well, both at work and at home.
